Who We Are

Built on a partnership between Josh Dindo and Phillip DeKeyser, Bienville Construction Services was formed in 2021 as a service-oriented construction business to all potential clients.

Bienville Construction Services was created to provide construction industry solutions to owners and institutions who need additional support and a collaborative partner. We understand how the construction industry is detailed, difficult and encompasses a multitude of obstacles. Our goal is to provide specialized solutions which fit the needs of owners while developing long term relationships of trust and confidence.

Every project is important to our clients and we offer expertise, experience and guidance through an often complex process. From inception of a project to completion we will be involved.
