Interior Renovation of an existing tenant lease space. All new improvements, wall infill, flooring, restroom, paint and lighting. The previous space was very dated and incorporated dated light fixtures. Updated high reflective white paint was utilized with modern LED fixtures to achieve well above average foot candle light levels.
